From there, you'll have to poke around your UEFI and see if you're able to find an option with something similar to 'Legacy USB support' and enable it (it may be disabled or on 'auto') It should be recognized on boot and allow you to get into your UEFI. The only other option I have for you is a USB to PS/2 adapter. I've been trying to find a reason that this option doesn't exist.
